Anyone with a history of cancer or anyone on antibiotics may not donate. How long does the procedure take? It takes 45 minutes. The procedure includes an interview to confirm elegibility, the donation, and the rest period after. At the interview the technician will ask you about any medications you are taking and any illnesses you may have had. Last year we had 5 donors. This year let St. James increase the amount of a life giving gift to all. There are sign up sheets on the bulletin boards to reserve a time. |
