The intention of the 8 a.m. Mass will be moved to the 8:30 a.m. Mass. The intention of the 9:30 a.m. Mass will be transferred to the 10 a.m. Mass. To the Lectors, Eucharistic Ministers, and servers of the 11 a.m. Mass: we will schedule you at the new 10 a.m. Mass. If you would like to be scheduled for another Mass, please contact Fr. Ed before the end of March.

COMING TOGETHER

The task force made up of members of St. James, St. Anne’s, Our Lady of Guadalupe, and St. Hedwig met for the first time on Sunday. The members of this group from St. James are Al Lima, Carol Sylvia, and Kathy Murphy.

Parishioners of the four parishes are invited to visit the three churches of St. Anne’s, St. James and Our Lady of Guadalupe/ St. Hedwig during the time of Adoration on Holy Thursday night.

Parishioners of the four churches are invited to make the Stations of the Cross together on Good Friday afternoon. The first five stations will begin at St. James Church at 2p.m. A bus will be provided to transport the parishioners (parishioners may use their cars) to St. Hedwig/Our Lady of Guadalupe Church on Division St for the praying of the second set of five Stations. We (bus and cars) will then go to St. Anne’s Church for the final four Stations. The Liturgy of the Passion will be celebrated at 4 p.m. for those who would like to stay.

This will be our first action together. It provides all of us with the opportunity to pray together. It provides the parishioners of the four parishes to see one another’s churches to appreciate the special places of worship that are dear to them.

Mark your calendars: Pot Luck Supper Saturday, April 17 at 5:30 p.m. at St. James Hall.
